- A Senior Dragon Project Manager will visit your CM as needed to perform shipment inspections
- Utilization of AQL methodology and statistical analysis to determine shipment acceptability
- Immediate notification of critical issues for accelerated root cause analysis
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) support and troubleshooting
- You will receive: finalized reports for final inspection and shipment approval

Engagement Framework
- Based upon your production schedule, the engagement may be set up as a per diem or a monthly retainer model

Pre-requisites
- Factory will allow third party access
- If customer CM is not in Dragon’s database, Dragon will engage in a one-day CM visit (per diem) prior to entering into any type of quality control and shipment inspections engagement
